Plot Summary: In Tokyo, an impenetrable field known as "Hell's Gate" appeared ten years ago. At the same time, psychics who wield paranormal powers at the cost of their conscience also emerged. Hei is one of the most powerful of these psychic agents, and along with his blind associate, Yin, works for one of the many rival agencies vying to unlock the mysteries of Hell's Gate.

Although i got this anime for quite some time , i watch it recently . Well to my surprise , this anime is one that can be considered as "Classic" to me , the only hold back is its unexplained background and the "evagelion" Style ending.....
Meets Hei.....When he is not at work , he is just a big eater....HAHA....... I like this character very much , he looks innocent , but he is actually a cold blooded murderer .
When Hei is at work , he always wear this bullet proof coat , and most of the time , he will put on his mask. COOL!!!!
Anyway , after i started to watch this anime , i was really stunt by the high quality drawing. Everything is very detailed. And the most stuning thing that keep me watching is its action. The anime is well animated , every fighting move is well designed.
From left to right : Amber , Misaki Kirihara and Yin , Amber is the "Big Boss" , but at the last moment , she show her true intention to Hei.... ( There is another side of her evil plan )
This doesnt means that this anime is just another "Good starting " anime that like most anime we see today..... The quality is maintained throughout the whole series , and of course , every episode will have a few minutes of well designed fighting scene.
Meets Misaki Kirihara , A typical iron lady who is on a mission to hunt BK-201 ( Hei )
At one of the episode , where Misaki Kirihara caught up with the stone flower incident , although she seldom smile or act cute , in this episode , she actually had show her other self . wearing this China Dress , she definately look more woman ( Or should i say...Human?)
Hei in Stone flower incident.....
This doesnt means that this anime only have good points , the biggest holding back is its settings. Japanese never say thing staright , arent they? The author never bother explain what actaully hapened before we set foot on the anime , this really becomes irritating until later in the story onwards , they started to explain bit by bit....
But until the last episode? I was like..."WHAT THE HECK??" Isnt this evagelion ? Exactly the same ending....
He ( Or She?? ) is one of the side character in an episode , who hold the power of explosive hand prints.
Two clowns of the Darker than Black ( The cat doesnt count )..... Honestly i think the story will still be the same even if they werent in the anime .....Kind of pity them.......T.T
Well , as an action anime fans , of course i like this anime very much!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!
Lastly , this is Yin , she is a doll , who doesnt have a soul , but later in the story , she show sign of emotion....
Yin learn to smile!!! To certain extent , she is quite cute!!!!! LOLI POWER!!!!! XD
